feet for customers. With an architect design program
on the computer, Anita can CUSTOM DESIGN your
home from a sketch of yours, a floor-plan of yours,
or from just your directions to her.
All plans are sent to
an engineer to be engineered correctly and to meet
your area's snow load, wind load, seismic load, and
exposure load. The plans are then sent to the state
of Montana for approval. After building actually
commences, an inspector continually monitors the
building process to make sure it meets code -- we
always build to the IRC codes.
Our homes are even stronger than on-site built homes
because they are built to travel in portions on a
flatbed truck - they have 30% more lumber in the
floor system
than an on-site built home!
We build energy efficient
homes - R-26 walls, R-50 ceilings, and an R-30 floor
(on a crawl space.) ALSO, we can sun
temper or passive solar design.
